He is survived by: his wife Arreba Jo Gill Goen (Jo); his sons, Anthony Dale Goen (Kathryn) and Gregory Polk Goen (Greg); his nephews, Kyle Owen Smith and Jon Malstrom; his niece Jennifer Smith Rose; and his grandchildren, David Mora, Kathryn Buttrum and Heather Buttrum.
