He was predeceased by: his parent Ermon Welborn; and his siblings, Eunice Lewis and James Welborn. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Hammons; his children, Lisa Welborn of New Deal and David Welborn (Rhona) of Slaton; his grandchildren, Ryan Welborn, Lindsey (Tory Smith) and Cody Welborn (Amy); his great grandchild Browen; and his sisters, Donna Booth of Burleson and JoAnn Gooch of Floydada.
