He was predeceased by: his mother Rose Witcher (Marshall); and his siblings, Georgia Witcher, Tincy Witcher, Elmer Witcher, Danny Witcher and Forrest Witcher.
He is survived by: his daughter Beverly Ann Witcher of Roaring Springs; his uncle Miller Marshall; and his stepchildren, Lori, Vicki and Stephen. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, nephews and step grandchildren.
