With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Betty (Lockney) M. Carthel (Floydada, Texas), born in Aspermont, Texas, who passed away on May 23, 2021 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Oscar Branch and Virgia Ella Patterson (Frasier); and her husband Bobby Frank Carthel. She is survived by: her children, Sherrey Price (Jim), Dart Carthel (Joann), Jackie Carthel and Tammie Mitchell.
