She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Robert Layton; her children, Vicki (Gary Grider), Curt (Rachael Junker), Stephen (Michelle Junker) and Mark (Gloria Junker); her stepchildren, Donna Kay Junker, Jo Ann Hamby, Bobby and Cathy Clark; her grandsons, Benjamin Grider, Jared Junker, Jason Junker, Blake Junker and Mason Junker; and her great grandchildren, Vera Grider, Simon Grider, Elizabeth Junker and Weston Junker.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, January 30th 2025 from 4:30 PM to 7:30 PM at the Colonial Funeral Home (606 W Airport Fwy, Irving, TX 75062). A funeral service will be held on Friday, January 31st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Plymouth Park United Methodist Church (1615 W Airport Fwy, Irving, TX 75062). A graveside service will be held on Friday, February 7th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Dallas/Fort Worth National Cemetery (2000 Mountain Creek Pkwy, Dallas, TX 75211).
