It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thomas Ray Webb (Flower Mound, Texas), born in Norman, Oklahoma, who passed away on March 31, 2020, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, James Minor and Sadie Ruth Webb (Smalley); his son Todd Marvin Webb; his brother Minor Darrell Webb; his wife Jo Ann Patterson Webb; his sons, Richard Thomas Webb (Johanna) of Boerne, TX and Brian Darrell Webb of Houston, TX; and his grandchildren, Zachary, Jacob Webb, Thomas, Elizabeth, Ryan Webb, Miles, Owen McConville and Tony Nowacki. He was also cherished by his kids, grandkids, or retired friends.
