She is survived by: her husband Jim Chism; her son Mark Medley Jr.; her daughter-in-law Melissa Dyson of Jacksonville, IL; and her siblings, Nancy Pool of Lincoln, NE, Jane Sullivan of Irvine, CA and Robert Sullivan of Loveland, CO. She is also survived by niece, nephews and 2 great nieces.
