He is survived by: his significant other Elizabeth "Lizzy" Gavitt; his son Jonathan Gavitt; his daughter-in-law Blair Gavitt; his son Alex Gavitt (Jessica Tamez); his grandchildren, Harper and Hayden; his parents, Fran Gavitt of Lewisville and Frank Gavitt (Marsha) of Flower Mound; and his sisters, Sharon Dunfee (Gavitt) and Dena Neuwirth (Gavitt). He is also survived by many loving nephews, nieces, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, and extended family.
