She was predeceased by: her parents, Lota Haynes and Evelyn Haynes (John Wallak); and her sister Judy Newman. She is survived by: her husband John Wallak; her sons, Mike Wallak (Michelle) and Stephen Wallak (Stacy); her grandchildren, Matthew, Mason, Stacia and Stephen; her great grandchildren, Cole and Jasper; and her brother Ken Haynes. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
