He was predeceased by: his parents, William Alley and Katherine Alley (Berger); and his son Eric Layne Alley. He is survived by: his wife Kay Alley; and his children, Beth Alley Hilsabeck and Dr. Evan Alley. He is also survived by grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
A graveside service was held on Saturday, November 9th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Elmwood Cemetery (521 12th Ave, Augusta, KS 67010).
