She was predeceased by: her parents, William Leavenworth and Elizabeth Leavenworth; and her brother Christopher Leavenworth. She is survived by: her husband Randal Condit; her daughters, Sarah Blue (Michael), Rachel Uresti (Keaton) and Rebekah Mulligan (Ryan); her grandchildren, Mackenzie, Koen, Samantha, Khloe, Ellie and Bennett; and her siblings, Geoff Leavenworth (Simone) and Jane Wolff (Mike). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins.
Visitation was held on Thursday, October 24th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Flower Mound Family Funeral Home (3550 Firewheel Dr, Flower Mound, TX 75028). A celebration of life was held on Friday, October 25th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the St. Philip the Apostle Catholic Church (5201 Cross Timbers Rd, Flower Mound, TX 75022).
