He was predeceased by: his parents, Catarino H. Baladez and Maria G. Baladez; his siblings, Teresa, Rosa, Lourdes Capelo and Alfonso M. Baladez (Maria E. Baladez); and his niece Valerie Capelo Arceo.
He is survived by: his wife Amparo Sanchez Baladez; his children, Katherine M. Jester, Christine M. Bormann, Jose Angel Baladez Jr., Richard A. Baladez and Juan Angel Baladez; and his sisters, Maria, Socorro Gutierrez and Juanita of Jesus Moreno. He is also survived by his grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
