She was predeceased by: her parents, John Fulcomer and Carrie Fulcomer; her husband Paul Pavlik; and her sister Anna Templin. She is survived by: her daughter Cheryl Saxton (Curtis "Trippy" Saxton); her grandchildren, Gregg Allard (Megan) and Kaylee Cuomo (Peter); and her great grandchildren, Harper and Hayes Allard.
