He is survived by: his grandchildren, Isabelle, Carter, Sadie and Lucas; his wife Cloyce Derrick (Forkner); his children, Nathan Derrick (Andrea) of Amarillo, TX, Leah McBain (Scott) of Flower Mound, TX and Alyssa Derrick (Wade) of Nashville, TN; and his brother Mike Derrick (Janeen). He is also survived by his cousins, brother and sister-in-law's, nieces, and nephews.
