Pendery of Italy; his grandchildren, Kevin Greenwald (Alyson), John Greenwald (Cassandra Wilson), Brooke Oliver Hatton (Isaiah) and Margaret Greenwald (Kristopher Fields); his great grandchild Clara Elaine Greenwald; his sister Marilyn Jones (Chalon) of Bryan; his sister-in-law Norma Pendery of Magalia, California; and his cousins, Kathleen Evans of Fort Worth and Susan McCue of Fort Worth.

David donated to many dog charities and rescues, most prominently ARFhouse.
