She is survived by: her husband Michael; her brother James (Kathy); her sons, Christopher (Angelina) and Joshua (Adriana); and her grandchildren, Abgail, Lola, Lucas and Hudson.

She served as President of the Association of Air Medical Services twice, and the Chair of the MedEvac Foundation where she helped raise millions of dollars in support for air medical research and education.
