It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Barbara Jean Maxwell of Flower Mound, Texas, who passed away on August 25, 2023, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Cecil Valisco Kitchell and Nellie Fern Kitchell (Ackason); her husband Eldon Brown Maxwell; her son Joel Maxwell; and her siblings, Cecilia Ash, Gary Kitchell and Charles Kitchell.

She is survived by: her children, Lisa Ann Dean and Alan Christopher Maxwell; her grandchildren, Sarah Bayles, Kelsey Kelly, Alan Dean, Brittany Maxwell, Brett Maxwell and Valerie Maxwell; and her great grandchildren, Ephraim Bayles, Claire Kelly, Owen Kelly, Sienna Maxwell and Rylo Miller.
