She is survived by: her husband Horacio Velez; her daughters, Bernice Escobar and Evelyn Adams (Steve Adams); her stepchildren, Nelson and Eilnete Velez; her grandchildren, Jacqueline Escobar (Felipe Suarez), Joshua Escobar, Krista Adams, Kayla Adams and Lex Conway; her great grandchildren, Lelia Aviles, Gia Suarez and Elias Escobar; and her stepgrandchildren, TJ Etier and Johnathon Marquez. She is also survived by 2 step great grandchildren, 4 sisters and 10 brothers.
