She was predeceased by: her parents, Karl L. Richter and Elna G. Fisher Richter; her husbands, Phillip W. Kelman and Leroy Kirchoff; her siblings, Florence Stillwell, Frances Pipho and Charles J. Richter; and her stepdaughter Elise Garrod.
She is survived by: her sons, Phillip Kelman (Eileen) and Forrest Kelman (Michelle); her stepchildren, Don Kirchoff (Joyce), Scott Kirchoff (Judy), Susan Ross (Don) and Brenda Kirchoff; her grandchildren, Meredith Henry (Matthew), Lindsey Gentry (Luke), Daniel Kelman and Jessica Kelman; her great grandchildren, Afton Henry, Reid Henry and Eleanor Gentry; and her siblings, Mildred Kallio, James Richter, Sylvia Folkerts and Shirley Karle.
