It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ruby Joyce Tennyson-Ream of Floresville, Texas, born in Asher, Oklahoma, who passed away on August 10, 2020, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Oliver Townsend; her husband Clarence L. Ream of Grand Blanc, Michigan.; her parent Allie Mae Townsend; her stepmother Susie Townsend; and her siblings, Jack Warren, Otis Frank Townsend, Cleburne Ward, Manima Hoffman, Marie Milligan, Jewel Happy, Ruth Townsend and Wanda Scanlon.
She is survived by: her former husband John W. Tennyson; her daughters, JonAnn, Joy Lynn and Jaxie Kay; her sons-in-law, Carter Thomas of Floresville, Bjorn Ohlsson and Steve Gunner; her grandchildren, Aubrey (David Cias), Autumn Street, Matthew Thomas (Michelle) and John Ohlsson; her stepdaughters, Sara Arnold (Jack) and Linnea Taketa (Jared); her great grandchildren, Cordelia, Susannah Cias, Alexa, Abigail Street, Anton Cias and George Thomas; her sisters, Opal King and Clarice Coffman of Oklahoma; and her nephew David Townsend.
