It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rosendo F. Soto (Floresville, Texas), who passed away on February 2, 2018, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Salvador Soto and Josefa Soto. He is survived by: his siblings, Manuela Soto Martinez, Henry Soto Sr, Salvador Soto Jr, Johnny Soto Sr, Pauline Gimenez and Jesse Soto Sr; his granddaughter Allison Talamantez; his wife Elida Garza Soto; his children, Sylvia Garcia (Rudy), Abel Soto (Betty), Janie Soto, Gilbert Soto, Rudy Flores, Elisa Flores, Ruby Flores, Laura Soto and Rick Soto; his siblings, Bicente Soto, Dora Urias, Lupe Aguilar and Anita Vigil; and also, Susie Soto, Alfred Urias, Joe Aguilar and Leandro Vigil. He is also survived by 28 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.
