He is survived by: his brothers, Luther Meyer and Ralph Meyer (Cindy); his children, Ray Meyer and Wanda Noah (Steve); his grandchildren, Samantha Sprague (Stephen Jr.) and Andrea Meyer; and his great grandchildren, Stephen Foster Sprague, III and Theodore Rex Sprague.
