She was predeceased by: her parents, Leonard Dziuk and Matilda Dziuk of Floresville, TX.; her siblings, Leonard Dziuk Jr., Gilbert Dziuk and Mary Theresa Dziuk; and her grandchildren, Kyley Pollok-Wootan and Luke Pollok.
She is survived by: her husband Fred John Pollok; her children, Darren James Pollok of Seguin, David (DeAnn Pollok) of McCoy and Brandi (Tommy Luna) of Floresville; her sister Darlene Moczygemba; her grandchildren, Lance Pollok, Dylan, Peyton Pollok, Kyrah Luna, Madelyne Silansky, Gabriel Silansky, Kadym Luna, Kenli Luna and Jacob Silansky; and her great grandchildren, Karsyn Wiatrek-Pollok and Rustyn Pollok.
