He was predeceased by: his parents, Ben Mutz and Cornelia Mutz; and his siblings, Proxie Vartanian, Philomena "Minnie" Gilmore, Lillian Polasek, Fabian Mutz, Gertrude Pierdolla and Leo Mutz.
He is survived by: his wife Phillis Mutz; his sons, Allen Mutz (Deanna) and Craig Mutz (Christina); his sister Elaine Polasek (James); his grandchildren, Chelsea, Gage Mutz, Tyler, Landen and Kaylen Mutz; and his sister-in-law Dorothy Mutz. He is also survived by numerous loving nieces and nephews.
