He is survived by: his wife Lauren Talley Mills; his children, Bonnie Mills Walker (Matthew), Holly Mills Gardner (Michael), Kyle Marvin Mills and Bryan Talley Mills (Brooke); his grandchildren, Madeline Eledge (Michael), Maverick Walker, Hudson Gardner, Cullen Gardner, Brynna Mills, Bayler Mills and Boston Mills; his great grandchild Lillian Eledge; his siblings, Reagan Mills, Loretta Hartmann and Sally Jenkins; and his siblings-in-law, Pat Featherstone (Ed) and Dennis Talley. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, nephews, family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made out to The South Central Texas Independent Cattlemen's Association Scholarship Fund.
