He is survived by: his wife Lucy Martinez; his children, Yolanda Pena (Ben) of San Antonio, Manuel Garcia Jr. (Teresa) of San Antonio, Rosie Nacey (Mike) of Humble and Marie Yvette Leal (Leo) of Humble; and his friend Yvonne Mosley. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
