He was predeceased by: his parents, Lee Kutac and Ruth Jarzombek Kutac; and his grandson Kade Bordovsky. He is survived by: his children, Jason Kutac, Marcia Bordovsky (Edward Jr.) and Jonathan Kutac (Aimi); his grandchildren, Kelsey Bordovsky (HC Neel), Kurt Bordovsky, Kaleb Kutac, Kylee Kutac, Klarisa Moehrig and Kamryn Kutac; and his siblings, Aileen Jendrusch (Ernest), Raymond Kutac (Jackie), Dianne Dziuk (Wilfred) and Agnes Moy (Edwin). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
