She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Waclawczyk and Gertrude Waclawczyk (Gawlik); her husband Alvin L. Moczygemba; and her siblings, Chester Waclawczyk (Frances), Lillie Moczygemba (Emil), Johnny Waclawczyk, Raymond Waclawczyk, Rose Dugi (Conrad) and Eleanor Winn (John).
She is survived by: her children, Laurie Swize (Curtis), Kevin Moczygemba (Heather) and Shelly Liska (Stephen); her grandchildren, Mitchell Moczygemba, Garrison Moczygemba and Kristyn Swize; and her sisters-in-law, Kathy Waclawczyk and Elsie Waclawczyk. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, family and friends.
