She was predeceased by: her parents, Jesse Delgado and Lucy Delgado. She is survived by: the father of her children Jimmy Balcar (Felix Velasquez); her children, Logen Matthew Balcar and Addacierose Delgado Palacio; her siblings, Jesse Delgado (Lisa), Sylvia Herrera and Mary Alejandre (Joaquin); and her nieces and nephews, Josh Escobar, Jessica Torres, Joe Robert Delgado, Anna Herrera (Jose), Amelia Herrera (Rigo), Amanda Herrera (Fidel), Anthony Herrera, Nicole Quintanilla (Floyd), Dana Serna (Jason), Andy Quintanilla and Jonathan Quintanilla. She is also survived by numerous great nieces, nephews.
Due to Covid 19 restrictions, a 75-person maximum will be allowed in the chapel and all must be wearing a mask.
