He was predeceased by: his parents, John Kruse and Helen Syring Kruse; and his daughter Denise Kruse. He is survived by: his wife Gladys Pollok; his children, Audrey Sauer (Kirby) and Jeff Kruse (Cynthia); his grandchildren, Travis Sauer, Megan Panek (Alex), Jared Sauer, Jennifer Kruse, Alyssa Kruse and Chelsea Kruse; and his siblings, Edward Kruse, Lawrence Kruse, Edna Meyer and Josephine Heideman (Harvey). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and cousins.
