He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Oscar Brumlow and Ruth Cruse Brumlow; his siblings, Louise Brumlow, Juanita Mosher (George) and H. C. Brumlow (Lee); his nephew Jerry Lane Brumlow; his niece Sarah; and his grandmother Dockery.
He is survived by: his siblings, Santa Gertrudis, Brahman and Simmental; his wife Rosalie Sides Brumlow; his children, Alise Jewell (Brian) and Charles William Brumlow (Amy); and his grandchildren, Tyler, Lauren Jewell, Jenna, Chase Brumlow and Larissa Mulder (Matt).
Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, a private graveside service was held Saturday, August 29, 2020 at Floresville City Cemetery.
