He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel Garza Sr. and Anita Perez Garza; and his children, David Ray Garza and Michelle Garza. He is survived by: his son Justin David Garza; and his siblings, Daniel P Garza (Dora), Rudy P Garza (Janie), Mary Esther DeHoyos and Rosalinda Helt. He is also survived by two loving grandsons, and 12 nieces and nephews.
Due to concerns of COVID-19, the family asks that all attendees wear a mask, and apologizes that there will be no gatherings after the services.
