He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel Giesalhart and JoAnn Schunka Giesalhart; and his brother Allan Ray Giesalhart. He is survived by: his wife Shelly Giesalhart; his daughter Gillian "Gigi" Giesalhart; and his siblings, Brenda Moczygemba (Emerick), Gay Drzymala (Raymond), Jeannette Schraub (Mike), Terry Giesalhart, Denise Ximenez (Steve) and Chris Svoboda.
