He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Jenkins and Leola Smart Jenkins; his parents-in-law, Robert Lee Mills and Novelle Mills; and his siblings, Lloyd Alfred "Buddy" Jenkins, Billy Roy Jenkins of Henry Lloyd, Edwin "Earl" Jenkins Sr., Glenia "Ann" Knox and Madeline Sue Jenkins.
He is survived by: his wife Sally Mills Jenkins; his children, David Brian Jenkins and Audra Dee Stuart (Andrew T. Stuart); his grandchildren, Andrew T. Stuart Jr. (Brittany), Bethanie Lorene Johnson (Cooper), Hagen Lee Stuart and Dane Christopher Retzloff (Maranda); his great grandchildren, Gunnar Yates Stuart, Paislee Jo Stuart, Aislynn Taye Stuart, Sutton Wayne Johnson, Gaige Alexander Retzloff and Lauren Elizabeth Retzloff; his sisters, Virgina Deason (Fred), Mitt Toalson and Darlene Alsobrook (Eddie); and his sister-in-law Diane Jenkins.
