She was predeceased by: her parents, Jerome Lyssy and Albina Kolodziej Lyssy; her husband Leonard Laskowski; her sons, Norbert and Jerome Laskowski; her granddaughter Renee Brietzke; her son-in-law Fabian Moczygemba; and her siblings, Ben Lyssy (Mary), Paul Lyssy (Bertha), Charlie Lyssy (Harriett), Susan Wiatrek (Benedict), Gertrude Laskowski (Frank) and Helen Baney (Cecil).
She is survived by: her children, Evangeline Zaiontz (David), Lucille Moczygemba, Jeraldine Polvichak (Edward), Charles Laskowski and Gregory Laskowski. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren, and numerous nieces, nephews and other loving family and friends.
