He was predeceased by: his parents, George Russell and Mary Catherine Russell (Paschal); and his brother Andrew P. Russell. He is survived by: his wife Gwen; his children, William "Mike" Russell (Dorothy), Samuel "Mark" Russell (Linda) and Cindy Suttle; and also Story.
