Vickie Jean touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Bobbie Jean Holder and Willis Glenn Holder; and her brother Billy Glenn Holder. She is survived by: her husband Jim Zachary; her sister Kelly Perry (Charles Perry); her niece Marcee Ramer (Kirk Ramer); and her nephews, Chad McBride (Lauren McBride), Ben Perry (Stephanie Perry) and Nick Perry. She is also survived by many great nieces and great nephews, and special friends.

A celebration of life was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Stewart Family Funeral Home (7525 Old Jacksonville Hwy, Tyler, TX 75703).

“In loving memory of Vickie Jean Holder Zachary, She was one of my closest friends when we were young. I remember having sleepovers at her house and sharing so much fun and laughter. We were in drill team together in our early teens. In recent years, we exchanged Christmas cards and included a recipe each year. I wish I could share the depth of my condolences. Jim and her family & friends are in my thoughts and prayers. Vickie was so dearly loved and is so sadly missed. God bless you all.”
