He is survived by: his mother Sarah Lewis Barber of Flint; his son Jarrod Barber; his wife Shannon of Flint; his grandchildren, Garret Barber of Flint and Maddison Rowan of Flint; his great grandchild Cameron Wayne Barber of Flint; his sister Pat Stinecipher of Chapel Hill; and his aunt Juanita Ellis of New Caney.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Hospice of East Texas 4111 University Blvd Tyler, TX 75701.
