She was predeceased by: her parent Thomas Hart Smallwood, Sr.; and her brother Jeffrey Smallwood. She is survived by: her husband Randy Hammond; her children, Benjamin Stoneberg (Jodi Stoneberg), Lindsey Tidwell (Shane Tidwell) and Andrew Stoneberg; her grandchildren, Joshua Cowart Jr., Makenna Stoneberg, Keleigh Cowart, Keegan Stoneberg, Kimber Stoneberg, Lakyn Tidwell and Jersey Tidwell; her mother Elly Smallwood; and her siblings, Natascha Greer and Thomas Smallwood, Jr. (Gwen Ford). She is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
