She was predeceased by: her parents, John Sommers and Mary Sommers (Neimchek); and her husband William Joseph Schaffer. She is survived by: her son Steffan Schaffer (Kristy); her grandchildren, Paige Schaffer of Katie Premo, Cameron Schaffer and Andrew Premo; and her brother Richard Sommers.
