He is survived by: his wife Susan Gutierrez of Flint; his children, Ruben Gutierrez (Maria), Rebecca Gutierrez and Regina Gutierrez; and his siblings, Elvira Romero (Emilio) of Liberty Hill, José Gutierrez of Florida, Angie Balderaz of Hereford, Blanca Martinez (Oscar) of Gilmer and Miguel Gutierrez of San Antonio.
