It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Willis Palmer of Flint, Texas, born in Tyler, Texas, who passed away on January 1, 2023, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Willis "Pete" Allen Palmer and Selma Sue Palmer; and his grandchildren, Dylan McElhaney, Brody Lunsford, Kyleigh Head and Blake Owens.
He is survived by: his wife Becky Palmer; his brothers, Dr. Fred Palmer (Vola) and John Palmer; and his children, Robert "Sonny" Palmer (Jennifer), Claire Berry, Joe McElhaney and Jancy Wood (Billy). He is also survived by twelve grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren.
