He was predeceased by: his parents, Hershel Eyley and Jane Eyley; and his stepson Bradley Keith Martin. He is survived by: his wife Yolanda; his children, Travis Eyley (Lauri) and Shana Laney (Jamie); his stepdaughter Ashley Nieto (Alfredo); his grandchildren, Brandon, Emily Shires, Nathan Eyley, Mason Gilpin, Mazzy and Julian Nieto; his sister Lisa Carlile (Freddie); his nephew Chris Carlile (Marla); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Katelyn Beam (Coleman), Taylor Ann Carlile and Christopher Carlile.
