He was predeceased by: his parents, Olan Hale and Florence Hale. He is survived by: his children, Paula Davis (Bobby) of Flint and David Hale (Mary) of Flint; his grandchildren, Cameron Holley (Candice) of Tulsa and Lindsey Holley Newburn (Gary) of Bullard; his great grandchildren, Waylon and Quentin Holley; his siblings, Glenn Turman Hale, Sonny Hale and Betty Hale Wood; and his sister-in-law Mamie Gibson.
Visitation was held on Friday, March 7th 2025 from 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM at the Burks-Walker-Tippit Funeral Home (215 E Front St, Tyler, TX 75702). A graveside service was held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Noonday Cemetery (16151 State Hwy 155, Tyler, TX 75703).
