He was predeceased by: his wife Gladys Smith; his parents, Minnie Jeanette Berger and Lewis Lee Smith; and his brother Lewis Smith. He is survived by: his children, Dawn Monzon (Juan), Sean Smith (Jeni) of Denver, NC and Brock Smith (Lori) of Keller, TX.; and his siblings, Edward Smith and Linda Price (Bill). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
