He is survived by: his wife Terri; his children, William Green (Dani), Mark Green and Morgan Green (Thomas Davis); his siblings, Helen Young (Ed), Frances Hall (Greg) and J. Stephen Green (Jacki); and his grandchildren, Benjamin, Chapman Green, Kathleen, Tom Henry, Patrick and Bridget Davis.
