He is survived by: his wife Linda Peterson; his children, Jeanette Peterson and Matthew Peterson; his daughter-in-law Sarah Peterson; his granddaughters, Robyn Peterson and Josephine Peterson; his parents, Orland Peterson and Arden Peterson; and his siblings, Scott Peterson, Gail Figg and Curt Peterson. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

“I met Glenn over 20 yrs ago in a doctor’s office parking lot in Tyler. As a new rep Glenn took the time to give me a few tips to make my job easier. I used many of Glenn’s ideas as the foundation to my career some 20 years later. Glenn and I had many conversations over the years. Many over business but in the later years more on our families and faith. Glenn was an awesome man....someone who loved his family, worked hard and was a man that loved the Lord. I worked with glenn at medtronic diabetes since his first day with the company, in training together in 2006, and part of the same dallas team.after i retired in 2017,glenn would still call me for clinical advice!he was the most kind person.we talked often about our families.he was so proud of linda, jeanette, and matthew and devoted to his faith and family. May his memory remain a blessing forever. I was blessed to know him.”
