She was predeceased by: her husband Frank Neeley; her parents, Marvin Freeman Brown, Sr. and Tommie Wilson Brown; and her siblings, Fae Brown, Doris Brown Bowels, Lois Brown, Mary Brown Miles, Marvin Freeman Brown, Jr., Douglas Brown and Robert Brown.
She is survived by: her sisters, Jean Brown Dailey (Parker) of Belton, MO and Ann Brown Vickery of San Antonio, TX; and her children, Debby Oldham (Paul) of Noonday, Danny Neeley (Evelyn) of Berryville, Connie Carver of Crestview, FL and Denna Mangold (Dale) of Bullard. She is also survived by eight grandchildren, and sixteen great-grandchildren.
