She was predeceased by: her parents, Jim Folmar and Vivian Folmar; her husband Roland Wayne Phillips; her son Shannon Wayne Phillips; and her brothers-in-law, Robert Tidmore, Elmer Gene Birdwell and Paul Phillips.
She is survived by: her son Rusty Phillips (Susan) of Frankston; her sisters, Linda Tidmore of Frankston, Judy Tidmore (James) of Frankston and Gail Birdwell; her sister-in-law Mary Phillips of Tyler; her grandchildren, Paige Phillips, Blake Phillips (Randi) and Rustin Phillips (Samantha); her great grandchildren, Riley, Jordyn and Brooklyn Phillips; her niece Paula Papley (Carl); and her great-nephew Russ of Tyler. She is also survived by numerous other nieces, nephews, extended family, and loving friends.
