She was predeceased by: her parents, Wood A. Payne and Mildred Ann Payne; her brothers, Roger and Thomas Payne; and her granddaughter Connie Nicole Badders.
She is survived by: her husband Irvene Eugene Barlow (Gene); her daughter Sharon Badders; her son-in-law Tim; her daughter April Aparicio; her son-in-law Jesse; her son Lee Barlow; her daughter-in-law Julie; her grandchildren, Kristen Conklin (Shannon), Cole Badders, Taylor Cox, Kelly Cox, Alexandra Barlow (Larry Tirkey), Caroline Barlow and Natalie Barlow; her great grandchildren, Carl, Adalyn Conklin, James, Olivia Ward, Myles Tirkey and Cameron Griffith; and her brother-in-law Jerry Barlow. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
